Beach House at Suan Son

Our House has been fully modernised and features a large open living, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with a traditional oven and gasstove. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms all of which are tastefully decorated. The entire downstairs area is marble, helping to keep the place cool during the frequent hot spells. Upstairs there is a further large living area with a comfortable sofa and chair.

  • Outside the house there is plenty of space to sit and relax. At the rear of the property there is a private enclosed area with a showering facility. The area
is fenced so you know that if you have young children they can't wander off by
  • themselves. At the front of the house there is a large area that has been
completely tiled and affords plenty of space for youngsters to play safely. In
addition there is a newly slate tiled mosaic style seating area of approximately 60 square metres which affords lots of opportunity for the kids
to play in safety and adults to sit, unwind and catch up on what is happening
in the world. There is also a large outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying
an alfresco lunch or evening barbecue.

  • The house is situated within Pinery Park, a beautiful residential area that
features an open, grassed, playing area and large swimming pool. It is a gated
community, with guards regularly making their cycle rounds about the estate,
making it an extremely safe place to stay. The beach at Suan Son can be easily
reached by foot as it is approximately 300 metres away.

Within the vicinity of the house there are a number of beaches that you can
visit. The pristine beaches of the tropical Island of Samet can be reached by
ferry in about 40 minutes, or you can hire a speed boat to take you and your
family around the numerous nearby Islands. For the more adventurous it is
possible to travel further down the coast to Trat where you can hop across to
the Island of Koh Chang or a little further to the border with Cambodia.

There is no shortage of things to do if that is what you want. That said I
prefer to sit by the pool or in our garden with a good book and a cool beer
from the fridge! Maybe a mixture of both?

Please contact me via email if you are interested.
